Trevor Melito

Managing Partner

Based in Charlotte, North Carolina, Trevor Melito is the Managing Partner of Sandee Road Ventures (SRV), which currently owns & operates 262 multifamily units in North and South Carolina. Trevor oversees the sourcing of new acquisitions, asset management, non-profit and public sector relations, and compliance. SRV is a real estate holding company with a core mission centered around facilitating upward economic mobility in the Carolinas. Through intentional private, non-profit, and public sector partnerships, we aim to catalyze upward economic mobility by providing accessible, sustainable, and inclusive affordable housing solutions that empower individuals and communities to thrive.
As a member of Charlotte’s Equitable Development Commission, Trevor advises the City of Charlotte on infrastructure investment and private sector incentivization to encourage “Smart City Growth.” Building on this, Trevor leverages a background in commercial banking and asset management to drive Sandee Road Venture’s multifamily investment strategies throughout the Charlotte market.

Based in Charlotte, North Carolina, Harry Blondell is the Managing Partner of Sandee Road Ventures (SRV), which currently owns & operates 262 multifamily units in North and South Carolina. His primary functions include the sourcing of small to middle-market business, asset management, and operations. SRV is a real estate holding company with a core mission centered around facilitating upward economic mobility in the Carolinas. Through intentional private, nonprofit, and public sector partnerships, we aim to catalyze upward economic mobility by providing accessible, sustainable, and inclusive affordable housing solutions that empower individuals and communities to thrive. 
Harry’s prior background in business ownership, management, and asset management serves as a driving force behind the execution of Sandee Road Ventures’ business plan, as well as its strategic pursuit of acquisitions for vertical expansion. He holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of South Carolina.
