We lived at Rosecroft apartments for a year and during that time management was always very pleasant. There is no onsite management but, they were always available for any concerns or matters urgently. Ana is very nice, polite and maintains great communication with us. Maintenance was always... There is no onsite management but, they were always available for any concerns or matters urgently. Ana is very nice, polite and maintains great communication with us. Maintenance was always available for any issues that surfaced. Corporate was even helpful whenever we needed to reach out. The apartments were spacious, cozy and clean. A very well kept apartment community. Our property manager was a pleasure to work with during our stay at Rosecroft and even after our stay. She was a great service in helping us retrieve important mail. We overall had a good experience with Rosecroft and we hope you all have a great experience as well! Read More
Larry is AWESOME! He came through for me with my apartment keys, after hours and on his day off. He even did the move in inspection with me, after hours. Definitely a gem in this apartment complex. I've lived here for almost 2 yrs and have had a good experience, my needs are addressed by maintenance and my concerns are met the the management team. It's a great place to live.
